LASTORAI currently delivers within the United Kingdom. The available delivery service, charge and estimated delivery window are displayed at checkout before payment.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days, excluding UK bank holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the carrier and tracking details.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruption, remote-area delivery and peak periods may cause delays. If the estimated delivery window has passed, email contact@lastorai.com with your order number.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check the delivery address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if an amendment is required. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins and are not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
